Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit will be required from all clients when booking an appointment.

2. An appointment will be secured if a deposit is made at the time of booking.

3. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Due to covid or government requirement changes, all appointments will be rebooked to a later date in line with the legislation issued by the government.

4. You agree the booking fees and deposits are non refundable. You are able to move bookings with a minimum of 48 hours notice. (48 hours prior to your original appointment) if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

5. If you are more then 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.

6. COVID-19 you confirm you have not had any symptoms within the last 14 days and have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms or anyone who has been out of the country for the last 14 days.

7. As the client it is your responsibility to take appropriate aftercare of any treatment you receive. This aftercare will be explained to you by either Natalia or Amber. Aftercare leaflets will also be given.

8. You agree that you are a minimum age of 18 years old. You will need to provide proof of your age upon your arrival no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you do not meet the minimum age requirements of 18 years old.

9. You agree to notify Nova Aesthetics of any allergies that you have and previous medical history on arrival.

10. If you have any allergic reaction or any complication you must immediately contact Nova Aesthetics and come back for any further advice or treatment.

11. Nova aesthetics prices are subject to change without notice. Nova Aesthetics reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments or courses at any time.

12. All of our treatments are performed and carried out by professional and qualified nurses. If you have a treatment you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of your practitioner. We do not give refunds on any treatments, however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

13. You must be 14 days post covid jab before we do any treatments such a dermal filler and anti wrinkle injections.

14. All complaints need to be documented in a email and sent to na@nova-aesthetics.com. Please provide us with much detail as possible. Including details of your treatment, date, time, nature of complaint and any corresponding pictures you may have and want to provide related to your complaint.
